Nathan Brown serves as Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Stone Memorial High
School, where he has dedicated the past five years to supporting student-athletes, coaches,
and the broader school community. With six years of experience as a high school administrator
and athletic director, Mr. Brown is committed to fostering educational environments that
prioritize both academic and athletic excellence for the students and student athletes of Stone
Memorial.
He views education as a platform for service, approaching his role with a mission-driven
mindset centered on positively impacting students, faculty, and community members through
interscholastic athletics. Brown values the opportunity to lead with purpose, integrity, and a
focus on developing meaningful, lasting experiences for those he serves.
Brown’s experience as a high school golf coach played a significant role in shaping his
leadership style. Through coaching and playing golf, he has developed a strong ability to remain
composed under pressure, adapt to challenges, and guide individuals through adversity—skills
that continue to influence his work in athletic administration.
Brown’s leadership approach is grounded in his core strengths of faith, consistency, and
responsibility. He is known for his dependable nature, high standards, and commitment to

Brown is excited to be actively engaged in professional growth and leadership development
through his involvement with the TIAAA and NIAAA, where he seeks to collaborate with peers
and contribute to the advancement of interscholastic athletics and remained focused on his
central mission: to lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and invest in the growth and success
of those around him through athletic based education.
